Revisions depend on the package you select. Clients can request amendments, and we will revise the design at no extra cost, as long as the core design and concept remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Refund requests follow these rules:
If a refund is requested before the initial design concepts are delivered, you may receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of your initial order. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.

Ingram Self Publisher reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
All design work requires client input. Customers are expected to provide feedback during the design process to achieve the desired results.
Unique Design Guarantee
If a logo created by Ingram Self Publisher is found to be identical to an existing design, we will provide a new logo. Any similarity to other designs is purely coincidental. Clients are responsible for obtaining copyright protection for their designs.

Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting are included free with applicable packages.
Email accounts provided with the package can be configured in third-party email clients such as Outlook.
